Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
During these hours, we aim to respond to all enquiries within 4 hours. During busy times, it can take 24 hours to receive a response from us.
While we do work outside office hours, due to the fact that we are a small team, we can’t guarantee the allocation of deposits or processing of withdrawals outside of our core hours and you may have to wait until the next working day to see your funds or get a response to your questions.
